Urban and English-speaking job-seekers in India are served by a number of job portals, making it easy to start and grow one’s career. However, their rural, rurban and native-language speaking counterparts are still largely left out of formal employment due to the minimal exposure they get, despite being highly intelligent, sincere, hardworking and resourceful individuals. As development spreads beyond the metro cities into the hinterlands, Work Cubicle maps this talent with emerging opportunities and ensures equitable access to employment.
Our aim is to make employment readiness and career choices further accessible and relevant to job-seekers and employers. We not only focus on the niche urban pool but also villages, small towns, tier-2, and tier-3 cities because the best talent can come from the most unlikely places.
Though similar solutions exist in the market, they are not cost-effective and stand irrelevant in largely uncharted talent pools like villages and small towns. Hence, we aim to make it relevant and accessible for job seekers and employers to find the right fit and grow together.
